Part Orders
We will advise you by email if we are unable to complete your order. You can request us to ship those products that are available and then ship the remaining products later. However there will be a separate postage charge for each shipment so this will increase the cost of delivery. We do not process charges for goods that are not ready for despatch.
Delivery and costs
Alf Jones Cycles will do its best to despatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Orders up to the value of £49.99 carry a £5.00 delivery charge.
Orders over £50.00 are delivered FREE.
All bikes carry a delivery charge of £5.00.
The status of your order will be advised to you via email the instant it changes.
Depending on the volume and weight of the order, it will be sent by post, parcel service or courier.
For deliveries in the UK please allow up to 5 working days.
You will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order online.
Most goods will be sent by some form of recorded delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Please make sure someone is available to sign for the goods and if you see any damage to the packaging, make a note on the couriers delivery papers and advise us as soon as possible.
In all cases, unless you have the opportunity to open the parcel and inspect the goods for any shipping damage before the courier has left, it is advisable to sign "not inspected".
Returns Policy
You may return goods to Alf Jones Cycles within 7 days of receipt if, for any reason, you are unhappy with them.
Alf Jones Cycles must be contacted by telephone within 7 days of receipt if you intend to return any goods.
You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless you received them in error, or there is something wrong with the goods.
We recommend you use a recorded delivery service.
Goods should be returned in their original packing and care should be taken to ensure they are not damaged in any way.
Prices
Alf Jones Cycles makes every effort to ensure that all prices and product information are as accurate as possible. Prices and product availability may be changed without notice.
All goods include UK sales tax at 17.5%.
Payment
Credit cards will not be debited until the goods are shipped. There will be no contractual obligation between you and Alf Jones Cycles for the supply by it to you of any product until such time as the goods are shipped and the credit card debited. Any disputes or claims arising from such a contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
Security
Our website id secure. Credit card details are not stored online. we use secure SSL encryption systems for all transactions so you can shop in confidence.

When you place an order we need to know your name, address, credit card details and email address.
